I spend tons of time on my projects and sometimes there is only one way to make sure they actually work. You have to look at it live. Without this, likely nothing I write would work at all. As such sometimes things are broken here. Patience as I'm working on it. I do mean testing server!

Since this site is really just a plaice to show off what I can do, the content may not always be up to date but, hang out and that will surely change. When I decide on licensing for my coding projects feel free to use them. I'm bad at that though.

A little about me you ask? Well, I'll acquiesce.

I've been using photoshop since PS 7.0. Yeah I've been at it for a while. Honestly don't use it that often anymore as my focus has shifted to coding and Linux became my main OS of choice. I still like to play around although having to boot windows is always a horrible experience!

If we go back even further there was this program called Brilliance for the Commodore's Amiga 4000. It was like a predecessor to CorelDRAW. And if we go further back my parents had a vector art program for their T-shirt printing business that ran on the original Apple Macintosh. Probably the 128 KB version.

I guess what I'm getting at is I've been using computers forever. Almost as long as I've been skiing!

I love to code! I dream of code. I spend most of my time coding. I do everything from web technologies to tinkering with my linux box.

 

There is nothing better than creating dynamic code. Whether its a flash content management system for uploading images for a jQuery photo gallery python built html5 video player or just reading and displaying data from a database. Making complex programs that handle user input or just creating a 9 slice border loaded in AJAX to make web content look awesome, as you see all over this site.

With a good understanding of python I can do operating system development and often automate tasks I'd rather not repeat. When it comes to python, I've found my imagination is my only limit.

I developed my first stand alone and fully cross platform Windows, Mac and Linux program. It is still in alpha. The link for download will soon be here. It's a simple application that cleans your desktop. Im working out licensing and building it's website now. I need to completely rebuild this program. I love how excited I was here. My first shitty python program. God I love this thing! The GUI is probably still mostly okay but I need to redo the file operations. Using os.walk() verses os.listdir() will cut the code in 1/2 I think. Also the program only works in pyhton 2.7 so a rewrite is likely but on the back burner. The program is called KEEP by the way and the code is so old I didn't even know how to use git. Hell I was still using Dropbox as my versioning control FFS man! I'll have to remedy this one day.
